Fragoline di mare "ocean strawberries"

400 g Moscardini (small, tender squid) called “Fragoline di mare” (ocean strawberries) in Calabria abundant, finely-minced aromatic herbs: Parsley, Basil, Garlic, Thyme. 50 g, White Wine Vinegar 50 g Lemon Juice Salt, P epper
Garda DOP Montecroce Extra-Virgin Olive Oil


Preparation
Clean the Moscardini, removing the ink sac. Boil them for 4-5 minutes in water with salt and vinegar added. Drain and season while still hot with salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon, Garda DOP Montecroce extra-virgin olive oil and minced herbs. Serve immediately accompanied with a soft corn polenta.
